We’re building a culture of accountability, hard work, and respect — for the game, for your teammates, and for yourself.

Playing time and opportunities are earned, just like at any serious club. If you're not showing effort or commitment, don’t expect minutes.

This isn’t a place for part-timers. If you're here, be all in.

Players are expected to attend all practices, games, and tournaments.
⏱️ More than 2 unexcused absences per month can affect playtime.
📆 Missing a tournament or league game without prior notice may result in reduced minutes or being left off the roster for future events.
If you can’t make it, communicate with your coach ahead of time. No shows will not be tolerated.

We appreciate your support, but during games and practices:
🚫 No coaching from the sidelines
✅ Let coaches do their job
✅ Focus on encouraging effort, discipline, and teamwork
We’re here to build players — mentally, physically, and emotionally.

When you're part of Palm Beach Wolves FC, you represent the club everywhere — not just on the field.

✅ No arguing, fighting, or talking back

✅ Social media posts should reflect good character
🚫 Any form of bullying, bad attitude, or poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated
